I haven't been in Ballinastoe for long time so it was due to visit the place. Especially the upcoming 1st round of The Biking Blitz off-road event.
We have planned an early start for the day so we left the carpark at 9am to go for the planned 2,5 - 3 hours spin.
The weather was warm enough (10 °C) but the wind was extremely strong and we also got light, sometimes heavy rain. But I was on the bike and that what's count. I really enjoyed spin, the rain made the technical sections even more fun.
In the end we have cycled 2 hours and 30 minutes in serious weather conditions. I'm telling you guys: we appriciated the dry clothes and the heated car after the spin.
